My Disney Confessions

Hello! Today I'm going to be admitting five Disney-related confessions that make me question my status as a true Disney fan! I got the inspiration for this post from the lovely Sarah at Belle's Moments who first came up with this idea. You can see Sarah's original post: here.

1. I've only been to a Disney park once (it was Disneyland Paris) and I can barely remember anything from it as I was so young! I shall however be rectifying this next year with at least a visit to the Hong Kong Disneyland but I'd also love to go back to Disneyland Paris in 2016 as well!
2. I know a lot of people will hate me for this but although I really do like The Little Mermaid & Beauty and the Beast, I don't love them  (*cowers in the corner*). There's just so many other Disney films I like in preference, sorry!
3. Similar to one of Sarah's confessions on her post - although I'm collecting the Disney Classics DVD collection, I don't intend to collect every film. There's a good number of them that I haven't seen and aren't really in any rush to see so I'm only buying the ones I know and love!
4. I still haven't seen Up because I'm scared of how sad it will be!
5. I like to pretend that Pocahontas 2 never happened. Pocahontas + John Smith forever. NO OTHER JOHNS ALLOWED. NOPE. NO. NEVER HAPPENED.

Does anyone share any of my confessions? What would your confessions be?

Disney Christmas Gift Ideas For £10 And Under

With Christmas coming up very quickly (seriously, where did November go?!) I thought I'd share a few of my favourite Disney-related gifts that I've spotted around recently. All of these are less than £10 each so they're perfect if you're on a bit of a budget like me!

1. INSIDE OUT JOURNAL, THE DISNEY STORE - £9.06
2. DISNEY PRINCESS BOYPANTS, TOPSHOP - £4
3. CINDERELLA LIP SHIMMER, MARKS AND SPENCER - £3
4. FROZEN ELSA SKETCH MUG, THE DISNEY STORE - £7.95
5. MINI NURSE BAYMAX TSUM TSUM, CLINTON CARDS - £3.50
6. POP! VINYL INSIDE OUT SADNESS, THE DISNEY STORE - £9.95
7. MINNIE MOUSE BACK PACK, PRIMARK - £10
8. DISNEY PRINCESS ART THERAPY COLOURING BOOK, AMAZON - £8.75
9. PASCAL MINI BEAN BAG, THE DISNEY STORE - £7.95

1. Although it's a bit pricey (I'm used to paying about £3 for a notebook!) this journal is worth every penny. There's so much detail on the inside and it's separated into sections with artwork of all five emotions on. The perfect gift for any students in your life!

2. I've got a quite a few of these boypants from Topshop and they are so cute and comfy. They come in a range of designs and they're on offer for 3 for £10 so they'd be great stocking fillers.

3. The design on these lip balms is so adorable! They come in three gorgeous Cinderlla-y designs including the one above which has a clock face design and "home before midnight" on.

4. This mug would be perfect for any Frozen fan. The artwork is so beautiful and for less than £8 you can't really go wrong!

5. When I'm feeling particularly anxious about anything I take my mini Baymax Tsum Tsum with me as he's small enough to fit into my bag or coat pocket (and to think I'll be 25 next year...). Clinton Cards have just released the Big Hero 6 Tsum Tsum collection so if you've got someone with a lot of stress or worry in their life, a mini Baymax might be the perfect companion!

6. If you hunt around you can usually get Pop! Vinyls for around £10 and there's so many Disney characters to choose from so you're sure to be able to find something to suit the person you're buying for! They'd be great to give to someone to put on their desk at work, or to fill in spaces on DVD/bookshelves.

7. This Minnie Mouse back pack is such a bargain for only £10! Plus I like that the design isn't particularly in-your-face Disney, this could make a great gift for someone who has got a trip to the parks planned for 2016!

8. It's a colouring book. For adults. That lets you colour in Disney Princess pictures. Need I say more?!

9. I actually have this Pascal teddy myself and he really is so cute! He's also the perfect size for cosplaying - I used him for my Halloween Rapunzel costume and he fit perfectly on my shoulder!

Hope these ideas help with your Christmas shopping!

Review: COLAB Paris Dry Shampoo

My go-to dry shampoo has always been Batiste as it leaves my hair looking full, thick and refreshed, however it comes with a major downside as their normal formula leaves a white residue in my dark hair which is difficult to blend in and the formula for dark hair leaves brown powder all over my hands and around my hairline. So when I heard of COLAB's range of dry shampoo which claims to leave no white residue in your hair I was really excited to try it! They come in a range of different scents based on cities around the world - London, New York, Paris, Rio and Tokyo. I'm obsessed with Paris (my room is covered in Paris-related things as well as Disney merchandise) so I knew I had to try that one.

Overall it smells AMAZING - the Paris one is a really pretty, sweet floral scent which I could still smell in my hair for hours after using it and it really does leave no white residue. I was a bit skeptical whether it would actually be 'invisible' as the bottle claims but I couldn't see any hint of residue! However while it did absorb oil it didn't give any texture to my hair which left it looking flat and lifeless. Unfortunately based on this I'll still have to stick with Batiste for now as even though I find the powder hard to blend in, it makes my hair look so clean and refreshed. If COLAB could just find a way to make their formula texturising as well then they'd have the perfect dry shampoo. But until then, the hunt for the perfect dry shampoo is still on!

Tsum Tsum Tuesday: November 2015

Olaf Frozen Fever Tsum Tsum bag set - £19.95
Mickey Mouse and Friends Christmas Tsum Tsum set - £24.95
Peter Pan, Wendy, Michael, Nana & Tinker Bell Mini Tsum Tsums - £3 each

Yesterday was possibly one of my favourite Tsum Tsum Tuesdays ever, although my bank account probably isn't feeling the same way...! If you're not familiar with Tsum Tsum Tuesday, on the 1st Tuesday of every month the Disney Store releases at least one new collection of Tsums, however this month it was four new collections plus one re-release! The new collections were Peter Pan, mega Tsum Tsums, the Frozen Fever bag set and the Christmas collection. Plus the Inside Out Tsums were re-released - so a very expensive month!

Luckily I already have all the Inside Out Tsums that I was after and I don't have the space for the mega Tsum Tsums (they're well over 1 metre long!) so that left only three collections to buy from. I'd been looking forward to the Frozen Fever set ever since I'd heard of it. I'm not a fan of Tsum Tsum bags but the minis inside are so adorable! Look at little Sven with that carrot in his mouth, aaaah. And of course I had to get my hands on a Snowgie. I know a lot of people are probably sick of Frozen by now but these are such a lovely little set and the detail on them is so great!

I was also only planning on getting Mickey, Minnie and Pluto from the Christmas collection but as they ended up being in a box set, rather than individuals, I ended up buying that set too! I love their matching scarves and Pluto's candy cane. Lastly, I also picked up a few of the Peter Pan Tsums. I'm not the biggest Peter Pan fan but I still love the film so I couldn't pass these up. I wasn't planning on getting Michael Darling but when I caught sight of the teddy bear sewn into the side of his pajamas - OH MY GOSH. I'm so pleased with all these Tsums, the design on all of them is brilliant!

Next month's release luckily appears to be only one collection,Winnie the Pooh, so at least I won't have to fork out this much again next time!

Did anyone else pick up any Tsums yesterday? Which ones were your favourites?
