The Inside Out Book Tag

I was tagged on my previous blog (Tea avec Books) by the lovely Faridah @ She Who Writes to do the Inside Out Book Tag! Faridah did tag me quite a while ago but I wanted to wait until I'd set up this new blog so sorry for the delay!

So, as with the five emotions from Disney's Inside Out (Joy, Disgust, Fear, Sadness & Anger) this book tag consists of choosing five books in answer to a question based around one of these emotions. Naturally, being a Tsum Tsum obsessive, I had to take pictures of the books with my Inside Out Tsums! If you'd like to see Faridah's answers for this tag you can do so here. Let's begin!
1. Which book brings you the most joy?
Life With A Sprinkle of Glitter by Louise Pentland
A lot of books have bought me joy but the most recent one was definitely Louis Pentland (a.k.a. Sprinkleofglitter on YouTube)'s first book. It's filled with so much happiness and positivity, you can't help feeling much more upbeat after reading a chapter or two.
2. Which book grossed you out the most?
The Hot Zone by Richard Preston
I've been wanting to read this book for a while now. It's a true story about the origin of certain viruses such as Ebola, however as a person who is incredibly queasy (I actually fainted/was sick while a doctor explained my boyfriend's appendectomy to him...) I'm a bit nervous about getting stuck in! Especially as Stephen King is quoted on the front cover saying the book is "one of the most horrifying things I've read in my entire life"...
3. A book that scared you more than anything?
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban by J. K. Rowling
I remember being absolutely scared stiff whilst reading about Dementors when I was younger and I don't think I've come across anything more terrifying in a book since! As you can probably tell from this choice, I don't read horror books!
4. What book made you cry the hardest?
Clockwork Princess by Cassandra Clare
It's so easy to make me cry - I even cry when people are happy in ADVERTS. Seriously. However I hardly ever seem to cry at books! This book, on the other hand, is one of the exceptions. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't read this trilogy but THAT ENDING. But if you can get your hands on these books I really recommend it, The Infernal Devices is probably one of my favourite ever series.
5. What book annoyed you?
To All The Boys I've Loved Before by Jenny Han
I don't like to bash books but I couldn't think of anything else for this question. This is a very popular book so I know I'm definitely in the minority with this, but the main character annoyed me so much. It just seemed like throughout the book she really could not make up her mind so while I did start out enjoying the book, I was so annoyed by the main character in the end that I just couldn't get onboard with the storyline.

Thanks again to Faridah for tagging me to do this - this was really fun! I'm not sure who to tag so if you'd like to take part you can use me as your tagger!
